In the heart of the Auxerrois vineyard, our familial domain is located at Saint-Bris le Vineux, charming village of the middle ages.
After studies in a wine school, Romaric settled in 1999 on the exploitation with his father and his aunt, and is joined by his brother Mathias a few later.

It's in 2009 that Romaric and Mathias continue alones the management of the domaine, perpetuating the traditions and the know how of the work of the vineyard.
Today, we farm 21 Ha of vineyards in the respect of the soil and the environment.
The management of the vineyard
We farm our vines in the purest of viticultural traditions, whilst incorporating modern techniques. Thus we collaborate with a viticultural engineer who helps to guide our choices of what to add to the vineyards, and to advise us on how much to add, to be sure that we maintain the maximum respect for the environment.
The vineyards are worked with a minimum of artificial intervention. The vines are naturally seeded between the rows, so that the terroirs can best express themselves, and favour the biodiversity of the soils.
In our cellars our wines are analysed and surveyed from the start of the harvest all the way to bottling, to ensure that we can offer you an agreeable product without faults.
